Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing can take longer during holidays, product launches, or unusually busy periods.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is normally 3–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. Any faster paid option is shown before payment.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, we email it after the order ships. Products may be sent in separate packages and can arrive on different days.

Address changes

Check your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact wuffi.support@gmail.com immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment starts.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delays, lost packages, and delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, contact wuffi.support@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier or supplier.
